Fine and applied arts scholarships in partnership with The Prince’s Foundation

Applications are now open for the fine and applied arts scholarship by the Prince's Foundation in partnership with SLDF.

We are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the fine and applied arts scholarships being offered by The Prince’s Foundation in partnership with The Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation.

Through this partnership, our goal is to make applied arts training more accessible to school leavers aged 18-20 impacted by social and economic inequality as a fitting tribute to honour Stephen’s legacy.

Two young people from underrepresented backgrounds will be awarded full scholarships to train on The Prince’s Foundation’s one-year Diploma Year programme at its Trinity Buoy Wharf training base in East London.

The recipients will benefit from a full waiver on tuition fees, a study support allowance to cover travel and materials, individual guidance and support with university applications, portfolio preparation, mock interviews, and residencies at The Prince’s Foundation’s training bases at Dumfries House and Highgrove Gardens.

To find out more, or to express an interest, send an email to diplomayear@princes-foundation.org before the deadline of 5pm on Wednesday 22 February 2023.
