What is The 22 Challenge?
The 22 Challenge is a simple, flexible fundraising challenge that anyone can take part in. Inspired by Stephen Lawrence Day on 22 April, participants choose their own challenge around the number 22 and complete it in their own way.
You could choose:
- 22km of running, walking or cycling
- 22 hours of fundraising
- 22 acts of kindness
- 22 days of movement or learning
- Or create your own challenge
Take part on your own, with friends, at school, or with colleagues, every challenge helps create opportunities and positive futures for young people.

By taking part in The 22 Challenge, you are helping the Stephen Lawrence Day Foundation continue its work supporting young people through education, mentoring, and opportunities that help them reach their full potential.
