Support the Heart of Our Work
Behind every classroom resource, every scholarship & bursary, and every community initiative is a small but dedicated team. To create lasting change, we must sustain the core costs, the people, tools, and infrastructure that power everything we do.
Core costs are not “overheads.” They are the engine behind every programme, every scholarship, and every young person we support.
Why Core Costs Matter
Your support helps us to:
Sustain staffing and salaries for our committed team.
Design, deliver, and evaluate programmes across the UK.
Engage schools, students, and communities with high-quality resources.
Provide finance, safeguarding, and governance with integrity.
Maintain digital systems, CRM, and donor infrastructure that allow us to scale.
Without this backbone, the impact you see in Classrooms, Careers, and Communities would not be possible.
